We can make an appointment for the end of the inspection wrap up instead of for a start time. We can only estimate end of inspection times. Please make a best effort to make sure your client receives a personal, face to face wrap up from us.
In extreme cases, we can monitor other inspectors so you do not need to be at the home. This service is $100/hr over our inspection time with a 1 hour minimum, so request with caution!
